Light carrot soup with ginger


2 pounds/1 kilogram carrots
0,200 kilograms chicken breast E
1 slice of ginger
2 celery stalks
3 leaves of peppermint
Dietary salt
1 dessert spoon olive oil

To prepare

Cook the carrot with chicken, water and salt.
Mix the ginger, the peppermint and the celery in a blender with a bit of water.
Add the mix to the carrots sauce.
Let it get consistence.
Water it with olive oil and serve it hot, with leaves of peppermint to decorate it.
