Olive and potato Tortilhas



Ingredients

3 big cooked potatos
2 eggs
Dietary salt
1 spoon with extra virgin olive oil
Parsley and shallot 0,050 kilograms chopped black olives


To prepare

Chop the potatos and mix them with salt, shallot and parsley. Beat the egg whites. Add the yolks and the potatos. Put it in a greased platter. Bake it in the oven for 10 minutes e water it with extra virgin olive oil. It may be served with radicchio, rocket and asparagus salad.
